Amy L. Modglin
Amy Modglin is an Executive Director on the John Maxwell Team and is certified by John C. Maxwell as a coach, speaker and trainer. Being mentored by the #1 authority on leadership himself along with his CEO has allowed her the opportunity to continue to grow and develop herself, so that she is better equipped to lead and serve others. She has worked with several organizations coaching and facilitating workshops on leadership, culture and communication both locally and globally.
Currently, as President and CEO of Modglin Leadership Solutions, a people investment company, Amy leads transformation by designing, building and remodeling people’s lives through leadership and growth. People are any organizations greatest asset. By investing in people, organizations are benefitting with increased employee engagement and retention, more effective communication, higher performing teams and increased revenue.
Her passion in life is to help people unlock their potential and then live it out. She has been successful because she has failed.
